Day after day you're watching

  • Homework stretch late into the night
  • Missing assignments, despite your constant reminders
  • Big emotions, avoidance, or shutting down
  • A teen who knows exactly what needs to be done, but has trouble getting started

You’re exhausted. They’re frustrated. Everyone feels stuck in the same loop.

You find yourself wondering how do I support them?

It’s important to know that your teen isn’t lazy, they’re overwhelmed.

Executive function skills like planning, initiating, organizing, and regulating emotions have to be explicitly built, practiced, and supported.

You’re dreaming of your child living to their fullest potential:

A teen who can take charge of their schedule.
Who knows how to start a big task, who feels confident, capable, and in control.

That future is possible. It starts with building the right skills.

I'M LENA.

I am an occupational therapist and an educator and I help teens and parents build the skills they need to thrive without shame, conflict, or constant reminders. Over the past 20+ years, I've worked with families navigating ADHD, autism, executive function challenges, anxiety, and overwhelm.

As a mom to a child with ADHD, I know first hand how exhausting it can feel to try everything and still end up in daily battles.  That’s why I focus on practical strategies, empathy, and relationship-based coaching.  This is how we can see teens grow to be independent, and parents can finally breathe easier.

I believe every teen has potential and with the right support, they can learn to manage tasks, regulate emotions, and follow through in ways that stick.

By working together, I will help your family connect with one another and thrive

"Lena brings a unique combination of compassion, practical experience, knowledge of neurodiversity, and a keen ability to see what is needed to help each kid/teen succeed, utilizing their unique strengths and helping them overcome challenges. She is a phenomenal OT but perhaps more importantly, she is a caring and competent professional. I have no doubt that anyone who uses her services will see the benefits of her approach and will also greatly enjoy working with her!"

 M, B.

"Lena is a talented and experienced Occupational Therapist and executive function coach who is a lifesaver for exhausted parents and their children. She takes the time to really hear your child's individual needs and challenges to design systems that set up long term success. I was most impressed when Lena collaborated with my son's teachers to help set up classroom supports. She did so in a way that was thoughtful and tactful. Her experience in the school system has also made her a helpful guide as we navigate advocacy for our son. We are so grateful that we get to work with Lena. "
